SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders will ship from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the USA and anywhere from 4-15 business days for international orders depending on the shipping method you selected. 

 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your package, log in to your account to view your order history. Click the “view” button on your order number to view your order status. If your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you just placed your order, please e-mail us at support@kelkaa.com with your order number and request the delivery address update. We’ll make the address change for you. Please note that once an order is sent to our warehouse, unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes. Because we try our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!

 WHAT IS KELKAA'S RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days after receipt. We will process a refund for items in brand new condition, unused and unopened with their original barcode stickers and packaging. The used, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Please contact support@kelkaa.com to create a return of merchandise and provide us with the reason of return and order number. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is received and processed.

IF I MAIL A RETURN, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once we receive the authorized returned item(s), the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs (non-refundable) in approximately 5-7 business days. Be sure to include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Free shipping is valid for all domestic orders. The free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

WANT TO CANCEL OR MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT?

Let us know right away at support@kelkaa.com if you change your mind, and we'll do our best to process your requests!

RECEIVED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?

Please contact us at support@kelkaa.com if an item arrives damaged or defective. Provide the order ID number and detailed problem and we'll be happy to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
