WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Amazon Pay. Only one card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

Your privacy is highly protected while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are securely using encryption technology to ensure your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card number) stays private and cannot be read or interrupted by other people.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the states of CA, NJ, TX, and FL.

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?

There are a number of reasons why a credit card order may be rejected on our website.

  • An incorrect billing address used on the order
  • An incorrect Security Code being entered for the order
  • An incorrect expiration date used
  • Bank declines due to not enough funds available for the order, credit limit exceeded, card cancellations and fraud review
  • You are making an international purchase

  • The info you entered doesn’t match records
  • You’ve missed credit card payments

  • Your card has expired and receives a new card

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
